Self-Sufficient Housing Block in La Marina del Prat Vermell
Energy Park: Environmental and Social Condenser
Experience shows that social participation cannot be designed solely through planning, but it is possible to foster its development through appropriate strategies. This project integrates sustainable design and social urbanism through a system of environmental resource management and public spaces, where the urban garden becomes the central axis to strengthen social interaction and active community participation.
With this approach, the housing project functions as an experimental model to test different systems of environmental exchange. This vision paves the way for future interventions in innovative architecture and participatory urbanism in the area, positioning the park as a symbolic space where energy flows and human relationships converge, all under the vision of an architect in Granada committed to sustainability and collective well-being.
Self-Sufficient Housing Block in La Marina del Prat Vermell
The project is based on minimal infrastructure that provides a climatic envelope and an efficient structural framework. From this base, volumes are fragmented so that owners can personalize their living spaces, optimizing the surface area according to their needs and financial capacity. This system reflects the flexibility that characterizes the work of an interior architect in Granada specialized in self-sufficient and adaptive housing.
The comb-like layout maximizes openness to the outside, effectively solving natural lighting and ventilation, especially in deep dwellings. This strategy offers design freedom to users and encourages the emergence of dynamic community spaces, optimizing the infill process and reducing construction costs. A clear example of how an architect can develop intelligent and sustainable solutions for high-impact residential projects.
