Strategic home renovation in Granada
This project, developed by architects from Granada with experience in interior design, operates within the realm of minimal intervention capable of radically transforming the concept of the home, its relationship with the outdoors, and everyday life dynamics.
In a 65 m² apartment intended for a four-person household, outdoor areas and relief zones are essential to allow for a more flexible lifestyle. The design strategy involved selective demolition to open up the longitudinal spaces facing the street (noisier and brighter), turning them into shared areas, while private rooms were relocated toward the interior courtyard (quieter and more shaded).
As a result, the common spaces achieve a sense of openness and connection with the terrace, which takes on a central role. Custom-built furniture optimizes every square meter and enhances the interior-exterior relationship, establishing these Granada-based architects as leaders in intelligent and sensitive home renovations.
